Editor-in-Chief
Senior Editor-in-Chief to serve as the single managing editor overseeing all editorial and creative staff. You will uphold journalistic standards consistent with commercial-quality publishing while ensuring all content is factually accurate and aligned with the editorial intent of U.S. Government publications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary team of journalists, editors, graphic designers, and creative staff
- Review, edit, and approve all content prior to publication for accuracy, integrity, tone, and alignment with Government messaging
- Ensure publications comply with legal, regulatory, and classification requirements including OPSEC review processes
- Establish and enforce editorial policies, style guides, and journalistic standards for commercial-quality publishing
- Oversee full editorial lifecycle — story assignment through editing, layout review, translation, and final publication
- Build strategic partnerships with government agencies, media organizations, and regional stakeholders
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years managing professional journalists and creative staff across multiple publications
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with government and media stakeholders
- U.S. Citizenship required

- 3+ years directing foreign-language publication versions and English translations
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or related field
- Experience supporting U.S. Government, military, or national security communications programs
Creative Director
Visionary Creative Director to serve as the senior creative authority over all visual content, branding, and design output supporting U.S. Government publication objectives. Lead a multidisciplinary team across print, digital, and multimedia platforms in a high-tempo, security-conscious environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as final authority over creative direction, visual standards, and design quality across all assigned Government publications
- Establish and enforce branding guidelines and visual style standards consistent with commercial publishing benchmarks
- Oversee full creative production lifecycle from concept through layout, review, revision, and final delivery on deadline
- Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary team: artists, designers, photo editors, videographers, web designers
- Collaborate with Editor-in-Chief, program managers, and Government clients to align visuals with strategic goals
- Provide direction for multimedia content including motion graphics, video production, infographics, and interactive digital media
Qualifications
Required
- 10+ years managing creative teams for professional publications
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Proven brand identity systems and visual style guide development

Program Manager
Senior Program Manager to provide full oversight and leadership in direct support of J39 OIE at MacDill Air Force Base. Serve as the prime contractor's senior on-site representative bearing full accountability for task order performance, quality, schedule, and resource management across trans-regional SMEP operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as senior on-site rep with full authority to make binding programmatic decisions in response to Government direction
- Facilitate program reviews, status briefings, and coordination meetings with CCMD and J39 stakeholders
- Oversee onboarding, transition, and continuity of cleared contractor personnel across all SMEP workstreams
- Manage all task order performance from initiation through close-out: scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Identify and communicate contractual, programmatic, and resource issues with recommended courses of action
- Ensure all activities comply with J39 operational security protocols, directives, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Required
- PMP or PgMP certification
- 3+ years direct J39 operations support within last 7 years
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Full lifecycle PM experience in government contracting

- 10+ years leading SOF, PSYOP, Civil Affairs, or IO programs
- Multi-million dollar defense contract management
- FAR / DFARS and DoD contracting process familiarity
- Prior military service in Special Operations or IO
